Illegal Dumping within The New Rouse Hill

The Regional Illegal Dumping Squad has recently been informed of illegal dumping activities which are occuring on building sites within The New Rouse Hill.  The dumping incidents which have been reported to date involve both household and builders' waste.  These activities are illegal and must stop immediately.

Please be informed that Investigators from the Regional Illegal Dumping Squad will be performing regular patrols and investigations into any act of illegal dumping which occurs.

On the spot fines of up to $5000 can be issued to companies found to be illegally depositing waste/rubbish on vacant blocks of land.

On the spot fines of up to $1500 can be issued to any individual found to be illegally depositing waste/rubbish on vacant blocks of land.
