The New Rouse Hill is a fully integrated master-planned community including residential, retail, commercial, community, educational and recreational uses. The community is being progressively developed through a joint venture between Lend Lease and GPT. Delfin, a part of the Lend Lease group, is delivering the residential components.
The New Rouse Hill will comprise of up to 1800 residential properties linked by 32 hectares of green open space, walking trails, bike paths and reserves. The residential precincts are adjacent to the Rouse Hill Town Centre which includes supermarkets, cinemas and over 200 specialty shops.
