Mungerie House and Resident's Community Facilities

We would like to inform all our residents that the Mungerie House Resident's Community Facilities are now open for play. 

The ‘residents only’ Community Pavilion in now open to residents of The New Rouse Hill.  This facility can be booked by residents for private functions or community get togethers.  As a resident you can make use of the lap pool, barbeque and grassed area, mixed use sports court, tennis court with spectator pavillion and gym.  Keep fit, play basketball with the kids or have a hit of tennis with friends and neighbours.

You can now enjoy these community facilities which are all within easy walking distance from your new home and the town centre at The New Rouse Hill.

Communal Garden Beds

To kick off the launch of the community facilities the resident's communal garden beds have been planted by a group of green thumb residents and contain a mix of herbs and vegetables that will be tended to by our resident gardeners.  If you are interested in joining the Garden Group please email our resident representative Daniel motbey.daniel@gmail.com to register.  If you would like more information on the Aerobin composting system that is being used in the communal garden click here.
