Construction of the Community Facilities and Mungerie House restoration has begun at The New Rouse Hill.The restoration works have commenced on Mungerie House and the Community Precinct at The New Rouse Hill. The demolition works are now complete on Mungerie House and reconstruction is well under way. The civil works are nearing completion with most of the car parking spaces completed.The community pool has been excavated and the concrete has been poured. It is currently curing prior to the final finishes being installed. the frame for the Community Pavilion in the pool area is in the process of being erected.The playing surfaces for the two sports courts has been installed, and the construction of the fencing and lighting is underway. There is a lot of ground work still being carried out, with lots of vehicles and machinery busy moving dirt, digging, filling holes and preparing the grounds for the landscaping and paths.We look forward to updating you on the progress of the Community Facilities over the coming weeks.
