Who is Eligible to become a member of OurRouse Community Website?
If you live, learn, work or play at the New Rouse Hill community, or have purchased a property, you're eligible to become a Member of the Community Website
How do I become a Member of OurRouse? Simply click the 'Register' button on the front page near the Member Login box. Your application for membership will then go to the OurRouse Site Administrator for approval. If you have any questions about membership, contact the OurRouse Community Website Administrator, Fiona Kulakovski on (02) 9851 2037 during office hours.
As a Member, am I able to post content on OurRouse? We encourage Member participation on OurRouse. Its your Community Website, and therefore you're welcome to contribute content to the site. You can contribute Community News items via the link on the Home Page and as OurRouse develops, more ways for Members to contribute will be introduced. All content submitted by Members will go to the Site Administrator before it is published on the site.

Who do I contact for issues relating to Street Lights? To report any issues relating to street lighting please contact Integral Energy, phone 131 003 or fax 02 9831 9089. Alternatively you can contact The Hills Shire Council's Traffic & Parking section on 9843 0243 and the information will be forwarded to Integral Energy for you.

How can I book the Mungerie House Community Room? Only owners & residents of The New Rouse Hill can book the Community Room. You will need to complete the Booking Request Form located within the Operational Guidelines and forward to The New Rouse Hill Sales and Information Centre by email admin@ourrouse.com.au or fax 02 9225 9466.

What are Resident Welcomes & Meet Your Neighbours Events? and when are they held? As The New Rouse Hill Community continues to grow and take shape, Welcome & Meet Your Neighbours are a great way to meet your neighbours, receive the latest project updates and find out what's going on. It is not only a great way to meet your new neighbours, but it is also a good opportunity to catch up with The New Rouse Hill project team.
At The New Rouse Hill, Welcome & Meet Your Neighbours, are informal, fun and friendly. If you are a new resident you will receive your Welcome Kit at the event, which has information to help you settle into your new home. An invitation is sent out prior to each event, which is normally held from 10.30am - 11.30am on Saturday mornings.
